Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.

Für Rollstuhlfahrer stehen für jede Veranstaltung in der Konzert- und Kongresshalle gesonderte Rollstuhlfahrerplätze zur Verfügung. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass für die Inanspruchnahme der Rollstuhlplätze spezielle Rollstuhlfahrer-Tickets erforderlich sind. Diese Tickets müssen im Voraus bei der Vorverkaufsstelle erworben werden. Bitte denken Sie auch an das Ticket Ihre Begleitperson, sofern Sie die Veranstaltung in Begleitung besuchen möchten.

Anfahrt und Parken
Für unsere gehbehinderten Gäste mit einem Behindertenausweis der Kennzeichnung aG (außergewöhnliche Gehbehinderung) befinden sich reservierte Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Tiefgarage „Konzert- und Kongresshalle“. Von dort aus gelangen Sie über einen Tunnel überdacht und ebenerdig in den Foyerbereich des Gebäudes.

Sämtliche Gastronomiebereiche im Erdgeschoss sind problemlos mit dem Rollstuhl zugänglich.
