1. Writing Warm-up: short prompt or theme to unlock Your creativity & help You start writing immediately.
2. Focused Writing Time / Prompt: write Your own text — poetry, spoken word, or fragments — inspired by a creative prompt.
3. Sharing & Feedback (optional): present Your text to the group and receive reflections, feedback & new perspectives.
4. Open Writing & Connection: keep writing, connect with others, collaborate, or simply stay in the flow.
