BOOK TASTING — South Africa, literature, wine and pan-African cuisine
Literature is never merely text and wine is never merely a drink; both tell stories and open up new worlds. At BOOK TASTING, we pair influential South African voices with carefully selected wines, so that the tone, structure and character of the text and the wine complement one another.
Alongside short book presentations and readings, four exquisite South African wines will accompany the event. To complement this, Head Chef Sibusiso Mntambo will serve a three-course finger food menu with pan-African influences, offering a modern take on traditional flavours.
The ticket includes a welcome drink, wine tastings (with or without alcohol), readings and the finger-food menu.
