General admission

General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Von Bochum Hbf fahren über Ruhr-Universität während der Öffnungszeiten Shuttle-Busse im 30-Minuten Takt zum Festivalgelände und zurück. Aus Witten ist das Gelände mit den Linienbussen SB 67, 320, 375 und 376 (nur sonntags) gut zu erreichen.

Der "Kemnader Stausee" liegt unmittelbar an der Autobahn A43, AS Witten-Heven (20). Ab der Ausfahrt der Beschilderung zum Zeltfestival Ruhr bzw. den Parkplätzen folgen.

Es stehen befestigte Parkplätze des "Kemnader Stausee" sowie - witterungsabhängig - Ausweichparkplätze auf den umliegenden Wiesenflächen in begrenzter Anzahl zur Verfügung. Die Parkplätze sind umfangreich ausgeschildert und teilweise kostenpflichtig. Nach Möglichkeit wird eine Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln empfohlen.

Der Zugang zum Außengelände und den Veranstaltungszelten für Rollstuhlfahrer ist möglich, allerdings liegen die Zelte auf einer mit Holzboden überbauten Wiese, die z.T. Unebenheiten aufweisen kann. Behindertengerechte sanitäre Anlagen sowie Rollstuhlfahrer-Podeste in den Veranstaltungszelten sind vorhanden. Behinderte mit ausgewiesener Begleitperson zahlen nur eine Karte, die Begleitperson ist frei.
