Busparkplätze befinden sich ausschließlich im Ferdinand-Wilhelm-Fricke-Weg - Anfahrt über den Stadtteil Ricklingen - und dann über die Stadionbrücke in den Ferdinand-Wilhelm-Fricke-Weg.
Der Behinderteneingang der Swiss Life Hall Hannover befindet sich auf der linken Seite der Halle und ist vom Haupteingang aus auch ausgeschildert.
