In unmittelbarer Nähe der Rheingoldhalle befindet sich das Parkhaus "Rathaus/Rheingoldhalle". Das Parkhaus ist mit Behindertenparkplätzen ausgestattet und über einen Aufzug gelangen Sie direkt auf den Jockel-Fuchs-Platz. Von dort aus ist der Haupteingang der Rheingoldhalle ebenerdig erreichbar.

Des Weiteren sind behindertengerechte Einrichtungen wie Toiletten und Zuwege im gesamten Haus vorzufinden. Ein Blindenleitfaden im Eingangsbereich der Rheingoldhalle erweitert hierbei das barrierefreie Angebot.
