Das Ebertbad liegt 8 Minuten vom HBF (auf Füßen) neben dem Theater Oberhausen.
Die Busse der Linien NE 11 und 958 halten direkt vor dem Haus.
Für die motorisierten Gäste führen fast alle Bundes-Autonbahnen nach Oberhausen (sagt der Verkehrsfunk). Sicher geht es auf der A3, A40, A42, A516 immer Richtung Oberhausen Zentrum und dann der Ausschilderung Theater folgen.
Rund um das Ebertbad sind Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, lediglich bei gleichzeitiger Veranstaltung im benachbarten Stadttheater könnte es zu Platzmangel kommen.
Das Ebertbad verfügt über 2 Rollstuhlplätze. Rollstuhlfahrer erreichen das Foyer des Ebertbads barrierefrei über eine Rampe. Direkt von dort gelangt man mit einem Aufzug in den Saal. Entsprechende sanitäre Einrichtungen sind vorhanden.
