General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Der Grüne Saal in der Stadthalle sowie die Sanitärräume sind barrierefrei zu erreichen und zudem behindertengerecht eingerichtet.

Behindertenparkplätze befinden sich auf dem Parkplatz des direkt an der Stadthalle gelegenen Hotel Mercure. Bitte folgen Sie der Beschilderung zum Parkplatz des Hotels. Auf diesem Parkplatz halten wir einige Behindertenparkplätze für Sie vor (kurz vor der Ausfahrt rechts). In diesem Fall gilt auch unser Veranstaltungstarif. Bitte legen Sie unserer „Info“ (Ticketschalter) das Einfahrticket zum Hotel-Parkplatz zusammen mit Ihrem Behindertenausweis vor. Ihre Bezahlung erfolgt in diesem Fall direkt an der „Info“ und Sie erhalten ein entsprechendes Ausfahrtticket.
