Der Kulturpalast ist barrierefrei ausgebaut. Folgende Saaltüren sind stufenlos erreichbar: B, C, H, N, R (1. Tür) und W (1. Tür). Innerhalb der Bereiche gibt es teilweise Stufen. Der Ticketservice im Kulturpalast (0351-4866866) berät Sie gern. Eine barrierefreie Garderobe im Erdgeschoss links steht zur Verfügung, barrierefreie Toiletten sind in allen Etagen mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Braille-Schrift ist an den Handläufen angebracht.
Im gesamten Parkett (Bereiche A bis D), im 1. Rang (Bereiche G, H, N und O) und im 2. Rang (Bereiche S bis V) ist der Konzertsaal mit Induktionsschleifen ausgestattet. Sie benötigen zur Nutzung keine App oder sonstige Hilfsmittel.
