The “ALL IN NOW” VIP SOUNDCHECK EXPERIENCE Upgrade includes the following services: * one standing GA ticket with early entry to the floor * access to the official Dogstar pre-show soundcheck * one (1) photo per transaction with Dogstar taken by a professional photographer (*) * one (1) exclusive autographed item (**) * one (1) exclusive VIP merchandise item, only available through the purchase of a VIP package * one (1) commemorative VIP laminate & lanyard * crowd-free access to an official tour merchandise stand before public doors * on-site perks such as priority check-in, dedicated support staff, and a priority lane into the venue before public doors (***)

Important notes: * The upgrade does NOT entitle you to admission and is only valid in combination with a ticket for the corresponding show! * Without a separate ticket, you will NOT be able to take advantage of the upgrade services listed above. * The upgrades are open to all persons aged 16 and over. Children as well as Adolescents below the age of 16 are only allowed to participate in the VIP services if accompanied by a Custodial Person or Person with Parental Power. * You will receive all important information about your booked upgrade by e-mail as soon as we received it from the promoter, approx. 3-5 days before the event. * If you have not received this 2 days before the show, please contact us immediately at vip@eventim.de * Merchandise items included in your upgrade will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location). All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in. * If you need to add an alternate pick-up name, please contact the vip organizer via vip@superfan.live within 10 days of purchase. * You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. * By purchasing a upgrade, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. * Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, upgrade programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds and exchanges will be permitted. * The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the guest at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product. * If you have ACCESSIBLE needs: please email the vip organizer via vip@superfan.live as soon as you have placed your order, and the vip organizer will do their best to accommodate your needs based on availability at the venue.

Seating chart booking
The Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.
Please note that the Seating chart booking is not available for all events.
General admission
General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.
Seat or standing ticket subject to availability
This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.
Currently not available
If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.
We makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.
Delivery not available
If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.
Only single seats available
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.
Concessions
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.
Information on promoter
Note:
kölnticket is not itself the promoter of the offered event. The event is carried out by the promoter, who also issues the tickets. kölnticket acts as commission agent for the promoter and is merely selling the tickets. This promoter has confirmed that it will adhere to applicable legislation and only offers products and services in compliance with applicable rules of EU law.
