Im großen Saal stehen bis zu 4 Rollstuhlfahrerplätze mit angrenzenden Plätzen für Begleitpersonen zur Verfügung. Die Rollstuhlplätze befinden sich links und rechts oberhalb des Parketts. Das Boulevardtheater Dresden verfügt über eine behindertengerechte Toilette im Erdgeschoss, welche mit einem Rollstuhl befahren werden kann. Der barrierefreie Zugang zum Theater (stufenlos für Rollstuhlfahrer) befindet sich ca. 40 Meter rechts neben dem Haupteingang.
Eine Zufahrt über den Haupteingang ist mit Hilfe möglich. Hier sind eine Stufe außen und zwei Stufen innen zu überwinden. Das Foyer, die Bar, der große und der kleine Saal liegen im Erdgeschoss und sind mit Rollstühlen problemlos erreichbar.
