Public transport
The admission ticket is valid as a second-class ticket within the VRS network (valid from 4 hours before the start of the event until the end of operations) and is not transferable to other people after attending the event.
Special feature of print@home/ticketdirect and electronic tickets (eTickets): These tickets alone are not valid as a ticket! If you have booked an eTicket for this event, you can download your personalized combined ticket for travel on local public transport free of charge at https://printathomeplus.derticketservice.de/.
By road
Current information on traffic conditions can be found in the Cologne traffic calendar. Follow the signs for the cathedral/main station. As soon as you reach the city center, the Philharmonie parking garage is signposted.

Due to the increased traffic volume in the Trankgasse tunnel from the direction of the Rhine bank, there is an increased risk of congestion. Access via Komödienstraße is closed to motor vehicles.
Parking
In the parking garage at the Philharmonie, a special price of €2.50 applies for concertgoers for up to six hours after entry. Please show your admission ticket and parking ticket to the cashier in the parking garage before or after the concert. He will then activate the concert rate for you. The special price can be paid in cash at the ticket booth or by card at the ticket machine.
Accessibility
Spaces for wheelchair users and their companions can be booked via the Kölner Philharmonie hotline (0221 / 280 280). The Kölner Philharmonie has an adjacent parking garage with a total of nine disabled parking spaces. Wheelchair users attending an event at the Kölner Philharmonie can use the Philharmonie parking garage free of charge. The Kölner Philharmonie can be reached from the public transport stations at Cologne Central Station and Heumarkt without having to climb any steps.
