This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Vier Rollstuhlfahrer-Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung und können über die Toreinfahrt neben dem Theater erreicht werden. Sämtliche Busse der Hagener Straßenbahnen sind Niederflurbusse. Die Haltestelle Theater ist für die Ein- und Ausfahrt mit Rollstühlen geeignet.

Ein Aufzug, der über eine Tür links neben der Theaterkasse zu erreichen ist (bitte Klingeln), bringt gehbehinderte Personen und Rollstuhlfahrer auf die Ebene der Theaterkasse und in das Parkett des Großen Hauses. Im Parkett sind 4 Rollstuhlplätze eingerichtet. Eine Behindertentoilette steht zur Verfügung.

Ein anderer Aufzug bringt gehbehinderte Personen und Rollstuhlfahrer über den Bühneneingang zum lutzhagen, dem Kinder- und Jugentheater des theaterhagen. Die gesamte Ebene des lutz ist barrierefrei.
