At the Berlin Arena and Max-Schmeling-Halle, the 16 best teams in the world will battle it out for the basketball crown. It is the first Women's World Cup on German soil since 1998 – it will be an unforgettable sporting highlight.

Following its recent successes, the German women's national team is generating enthusiasm and visibility: Qualification for the Olympic 2024, Olympic gold in 3x3, and a historic fifth place at the Women's EuroBasket 2025 have catapulted the team into the international spotlight. And now the next step is to be taken on home turf. Along with the host, Belgium, the USA, Nigeria, and Australia have already qualified for the tournament. In March 2026, the last eleven tickets for the tournament will be decided in a thrilling qualifying tournament.
