Seating chart booking

The Seating chart booking allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

General admission

General admission refers to seating or standing areas that are not assigned or reserved, and are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis. When purchasing tickets for a General admission event, you may be quoted section, row and seat numbers, however these are for inventory purposes only and do not reflect any actual seating location. Seating arrangements vary for each event, and there may or may not be seats of any kind available.

Seat or standing ticket subject to availability

This price category mainly comprises seats, although this is not guaranteed. Under certain circumstances, you may receive a standing ticket for the same price. We're sorry, but we cannot guarantee to fulfil specific wishes regarding seating or standing tickets. It is not possible to exchange the tickets you receive.

Currently not available

If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

We makes every effort to obtain more tickets so check our website regularly for updates.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Haltestellen "Marktplatz" und "Ledermuseum", von denen es jeweils ca. 7 Gehminuten bis zum Capitol Theater

Bus:
Linie 103: (vom Marktplatz in Fahrtrichtung Frankfurt Prüfling bzw. Offenbach Kaiserlei) direkt zur Haltestelle "Theater/Messehallen". Es handelt sich um eine direkte Verbindung von Frankfurt /Prüfling nach Offenbach.
Linie 102: (vom Hauptbahnhof in Fahrtrichtung Kaiserlei) bis zum Capitol.
Linie 551: direkte Verbindung von bzw. nach Bad Vilbel über Frankfurt.

Sowohl in der Kaiserstraße als auch in der Goethestraße befindem sich Bushaltestellen für die Hin- und Rückfahrt zum Capitol.

Aus Richtung Stuttgart / Basel kommend:
Autobahn A5 bis zum Frankfurter Kreuz, dann die A3 Richtung Würzburg / Offenbacher Kreuz und die A661 Richtung Bad Homburg bis Ausfahrt Offenbach-Kaiserlei.

Aus Richtung München / Nürnberg kommend:
Autobahn A3 bis Offenbacher Kreuz, dann die A661 Richtung Bad Homburg bis Ausfahrt Offenbach- Kaiserlei.

Aus Richtung Flughafen kommend:
Autobahn A3 Richtung Würzburg/Offenbacher Kreuz, dann die A661 Richtung Bad Homburg bis Ausfahrt Offenbach-Kaiserlei. Ab dem Kaiserleikreisel ist das Capitol Theater ausgeschildert. Im Kreisel entweder die zweite Ausfahrt wählen dann gelangen Sie über den Goethering zum Capitol oder alternativ die erste Ausfahrt "Berliner Straße" nehmen, diese ca. 2 km bis zur Kreuzung Kaiserstraße fahren und dort links in die Kaiserstraße einbiegen.

Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz (der Mainuferparkplatz) mit ca. 800 Stellplätzen ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Palladium des Capitols ist über den Haupteingang barrierefrei zugänglich und auch die Toiletten im Erdgeschoss sind ohne Umstände erreichbar. Bei denen im Capitol stattfindenden Veranstaltungen, sind auch immer Plätze für Rollstuhlfahrer vorhanden. Ein entsprechender Parkplatz befindet sich neben dem Haupteingang.
