If an event, price level or ticket type is 'Not currently available' then all tickets in that category have been sold.

Delivery not available

If the event is taking place a few days after you place your order, the option to have your tickets delivered via Standard mail will no longer be available. Depending on the event it may be possible to collect your tickets at the venue or print your tickets yourself using ticketdirect.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the seating chart booking.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

The following discounts are available:
- The "Reduced" discount level applies to children between 4 and 14 years of age, school pupils, students, senior citizens, unemployed persons, and people with disabilities (degree of disability >50).

- Children up to and including three (3) years of age do not require their own ticket and may sit on their parent's lap (without entitlement to a seat).

- The Family Package discount applies to families consisting of two adults and two children between the ages of 4 and 14.

Wheelchair Tickets:
Tickets for wheelchair users can be purchased directly in the ticket shop. Wheelchair users eligible to bring a companion can additionally select and add one companion ticket during the booking process. On the day of the event, the corresponding severely disabled ID card must be presented as proof. The venue’s specific regulations regarding the possible requirement of an accompanying person apply.

Persons with a Degree of Disability >70 and Accompanying Persons:
People with disabilities holding a disability degree of more than 70 (GdB >70) and the “B” designation in their disability ID are required to pay the full price for a ticket in the selected price category and can additionally select and add one free companion ticket during the booking process. On the day of the event, the corresponding severely disabled ID card must be presented as proof.
